"The tomb is empty"

Synopsis: A fantasy/gothic-horror story.

A grieving Lord and his wife uncover a terrible secret as a series of brutal murders ravage 19th century Transylvania.

Dark alchemy. Forbidden science. Secrets that were once buried now unearthed.

Queen of Hearts, the third and final story of book 3 serves as the hauntingly beautiful conclusion of the novel, whilst at the same time acting as a direct prequel to Book 1.

Explore the dark, irrevocable consequences of those who attempt to play God and defy the natural order.

Even if their intention is pure...

Late spring/early summer release.

Let's make it happen.

Novel update!!! 📖❤️♠️🗡🇪🇸

The second story of my novel called Espada ⚔️ focuses on a mercenary's escape from Spain in 1940 following the failed Republican uprising.

He is hunted by a ruthless assailant known only as La Pala (The Spade) ♠️

Can he, his lover, and the scattered remnants of the Republican militia escape La Pala and his Nationalists before it is too late and reach North Africa?

Inspired by Ernest Hemmingway's classic novel, For Whom the Bell Tolls, the story focuses on themes like defeat, disillusion against the institution and ultimately, the cost of war on the human psyche.

As always, I will be working with @the_foundry_story @sethwordsmith on this project.

Our bodies will one day return to dust but our words are what makes us immortal.

Dark alchemy. An immortal wanderer. A new century shaped by technological innovation and ideology.

The Nameless War rewrite is, without a doubt, one of my best works yet.

Behind the scenes, me and @the_foundry_story are conducting our own literary alchemy as we finalize the last few edits before re-release.

So mark your calenders: Late Fall 2025

I promise you this book will be worth every penny and then some.

One signed copy of Leaves in the Sun still up for grabs! It's been three weeks since release date and the momentum is still going strong.

Aside from that, I have some big things planned for the Book 1 rewrite with @sethwordsmith and @thefoundrystory

And while you're waiting for the rewrite, grab a eBook or paperback copy of Leaves in the Sun or check out the latest works of two other great authors @jmaldonado415 and @arbiter283 !!!

Big news! I wanted to give ya'll a quick roadmap of the current plans for the series.

1. Leaves in the Sun (Book 2) is finished and is currently undergoing the final edits with @sethwordsmith @thefoundrystory and is slated for a late February/March release.

2. The Nameless War (Book 1) is also undergoing a complete rewrite and will be re-released sometime later this year.

3. Additionally, a third book is also planned and will most likely be a collection of short stories concerning the same universe. I have a title in mind but have not fully decided on it yet.

4. Lastly, I've been asked recently as to whether there will be an audible release for any of the aforementioned titles. As of now, there are no plans for one but could, as always, change later.

“That playing card you keep strapped to your head cloth all the time,” MacTavish said, “Is it like a good luck charm or something? Never took you to be the superstitious kind.”

Drake, entertained by the question, smiled and said, “I got it from playing cards with a bunch of gypsies back in Transylvania.” He plucked the card out from his agal cord, slipped it in MacTavish’s front breast pocket, and patted it for effect. “It’s a nine of hearts. In gypsy magic, it’s considered to be very auspicious, for reasons beyond my knowledge, of course. Very superstitious bunch those gypsies are but—they’re some of the most interesting people I’ve ever met. Gravely misunderstood, too.”

MacTavish scoffed. “We’ll need more than some mumbo jumbo gypsy magic to take this bloody fortress, mate…”

Another excerpt from my novel, Leaves in The Sun. I've finally put it in the expert hands of @sethwordsmith and @thefoundrystory and hope to be done by end of February!

Stay tuned for the eventual release and the inevitable rewrite of Book 1, which is ongoing!

In the meantime, I'll be giving away more ebook copies of Book 1. Just DM me or comment EBOOK, and I'll get back with you in a prompt manner!
