This year, we’re proud to be donating the proceeds from our SETS Olympics to the Mena Singer Foundation — an incredible organization making a difference in the lives of children impacted by breast cancer.

The foundation helps children stay active and connected to the athletic communities they love, providing a sense of support, belonging, and normalcy during some of life’s hardest moments. 💞

We were introduced to this amazing organization by two of our very own members, Amanda & Nick, and we couldn’t be more grateful that they brought this cause to our attention. Being able to turn the hard work, sweat, and support of our SETS community into something that gives back means so much to us.

And we’re not done yet! 🎀

If you’d still like to give back, our exclusive Breast Cancer Awareness SETS T-shirts are available for $20, with proceeds going toward this amazing cause.

💗 Order through the link in our bio or the SETS HT app.
💗 Orders close October 31st!

Thank you for helping us make an impact beyond the gym. Every donation, every shirt, and every act of support matters. 💗💪🏻

Thank you to everyone who showed up, donated, pushed themselves, and stepped outside their comfort zone for something bigger than a workout.

Today, we challenged ourselves physically, but we did it with the reminder that what breast cancer survivors have endured is so much harder than anything we could put ourselves through in the gym. Every rep, every round, and every dollar donated was for a bigger cause.

To everyone who dedicated their workout to someone special — someone who has fought, is still fighting, or someone you carry with you every day…we see you, we honor them, and we love you. 💗

Thank you for making today about more than fitness. We’re proud to stand together for this cause. 🎀💪🏻

🎀💗 Today, we worked out for something bigger than ourselves.

“Today, I dedicate this workout to ______.” 🩷

Every name on that board holds a special meaning, a story, and someone worth fighting for.

Thank you to our SETS family for coming together, wearing pink, and honoring those who have fought, are still fighting, and those we carry in our hearts.

Together, we are stronger. 💗🎀

Blast from the past. Pretty cool how Jackson Memorial kept this room. Adventure bound was the coolest class where you did challenges like you were on the mtv show the gauntlet 😂.

Check out this list! If you climbed the incline wall only using your upperbody and touch the ceiling you got your name on the wall.

🎀 MEET OUR SETS MARLTON WARRIOR: AZIZEH 💗

With our Breast Cancer Awareness Event coming up this Saturday, we’re honored to shine a spotlight on one of our very own warriors, Azizeh. 💪🏼

If you know Azizeh, you know she walks through our doors with a smile, ready to WORK. She shows up, gives everything she has, pushes herself, and never complains. No excuses. Just heart, determination, and strength.

What makes her story even more inspiring is that she never allowed breast cancer to define her or take away her determination to keep showing up. Even early in her SETS journey, while facing battles most of us couldn’t imagine, she continued to walk through those doors, put in the work, and SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT.

And she did it all with a smile. 💗

Azizeh reminds us that strength isn’t just about how much you can lift or how hard you can push. Sometimes, strength is simply choosing to show up, even when life gives you every reason not to.

This Saturday, we celebrate warriors like Azizeh. The fighters. The survivors. The people who remind us that movement is a privilege and every day is worth fighting for.

Azizeh, we’re proud of you. We’re inspired by you. And we’re so lucky to have you as part of our SETS MARLTON family. 🎀

I DID MY FIRST HYROX! 🏁💪🏼 Boston, Solo Open Division!
I’ve been running for 15 months and strength/HIIT training for 4 months. So what better way to test my strength, endurance, and overall fitness than signing up for a global indoor fitness race that combines ALL of it?! lol I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I set a goal of 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I finished in 1:41. Considering I lost time to a bathroom break and played it a little too conservatively on the SkiErg, I’m genuinely happy with my effort.
Could I have done things differently? Absolutely.
Did I learn a ton? YES.
Am I already thinking about the next one? YOU BET!
Oh! I DROVE 5.5 HOURS TO BOSTON. I COMPETED WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF OF PARKING. THEN TURNED AROUND AND DROVE ANOTHER 5 HOURS HOME. Next time: BOOK THE HOTEL. EAT PROPER MEALS. PLAN BETTER.
