(Remember the warmer days?) Here's looking back at August!

1) Started the month on the 2nd at UniLu in a co-present with Bowerbird & Philly Iranians for Sahba Motallebi and Reza Mohsenipour. Photo by Sina Homaee.

2) Family Underground, Fursaxa & Heavenly Bodies appeared at Pageant : Soloveev on the 6th in a co-present with Clavius Productions

3) An evening of Carnatic sounds at the Asian Arts Initiative with Bhuvana Kannan on the 10th.

4) At Penn Treaty Park on the 17th we co-presented nkwiluntàmën - a performance by Nokosee Fields trio, sound installation by Nathan Young.

5-6) We ended the month with a weekend of back to back fundraisers, the first of which was at the Black Squirrel on the 24th with Zoh Amba (making her Philly solo debut) & Spectral Forces.

7-10) Ended the month at Martha (rip) with the second gig of the FMP fundraiser weekend with Settled Arrows & Special World (solo), a screening of The Mirror by Claudia Hart, with music by Danielle DeGruttola (who performed at the first ever FMP event!) & sounds by DJ Robo Rob.

Help us to roll into the new year with a tax deductible donation if you are able, believe me every bit helps.

We appreciate all the musicians that have performed at and all the audiences that have supported our events.

Take care

It meant a lot to us to gather tonight with loved ones to celebrate the release of NECTAR.

We were graced with the presence of Diane Imelda from @wkdu who facilitated an Artist Discussion with @rogeramartinez and Empress.

Thanks to the team at @upstairsabyss for providing such a great space for us!

You can find Nectar and other Settled Arrows albums wherever you stream and purchase your music.

Thank you for your support!
Here's to the Future!

Just wanted to thank all the performers, attendees, audience members, support staff and venue spaces that helped to make our fundraiser weekend a success! We had a wonderful time sharing these events with you!

Images of (in order of appearance) Spectral Forces (Alex Smith, Julis Masri & Pete Dennis), Zoh Amba, Danielle DeGruttola (from the intro to the video premiere), DJ Robo Rob, Special What (solo) and Settled Arrows (Empress Mars & Roger Martinez joined by Kyle Press doing another wonderful job of setting up the sound system).

This fundraiser link is live for a few more days, we would greatly appreciate any contribution (no matter the amount) to help us continue doing what we do.

Thanks again everyone!

Hello there!! I wanted to get in touch on behalf of @gnarcyteam. We've got some seriously rad jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of rugged accessories!

If you're interested, we'd love to hook you up with 3 pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – absolutely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcyteam (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙
