Congratulations are in order to my Buyer/ Seller. 🍾 Sharon Patterson

I met my client 30 years ago while we both worked at Provident Hospital, herself a Nurse, me a Lab Tech, we both retired from the Hospital, fast forward she attended my Home Buying Seminar and asked if I would assist her in the sale of her home and to repurchase.

Real estate is not just the business of sales it builds relationships, when you are passionate about what you do, how you treat your clients with communication, honesty, knowledge about your business, listening to their needs, and executing the plan of action, clients refer you to their friends and family.

I am beyond grateful that I was the first person that she decided to reach out and be forever grateful for her trust.
When the task needed to be done, my brother, Steven Jordan, came to our rescue and repaired things that weren't done correctly.

Thank you to our home inspector, 3DC Inspections LLC, for scheduling the inspection quickly and always providing excellent service.

To our awesome Attorney Ted Word, ThegoodandBad Word representing us on the purchase and sale side, thank you for making all this possible.
