allow me to introduce myself 👋🏽🧠⭐️

I sustained a concussion at 13 during a middle school soccer game. no medical staff. got put back in. hit again. my parents drove me to the ER.
that was the beginning of a journey I’m still on 13 years later.

I went on to play D1 soccer at San Jose State, medically retired in 2020, and built a career in professional and collegiate sports — Seattle Mariners and now Stanford.

this account is my concussion roadmap.. the one I never had.
I started sharing my story on TikTok @allthingshannahhall and the response reminded me why this matters, so I’m bringing it here too.

for anyone navigating PCS, life after sport, invisible illness, or just trying to find someone who gets it — you’re in the right place. 🧠💛
