SEXFACES - Feed Machine - “Bad Vibes OST” LP - LIVE Oct 8!!!

Feed Machine off the killer full length debut by DC’s Sexfaces. Featuring seasoned vets of the DC scene (Des Demonas, Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb, Tadzio, Teen Cobra and Vampyres from Africa).

In the sticky-floored underbelly of Washington DC, where the amps buzz louder than the city’s bullshit, SEXFACES have been brewing something gnarly. Their debut full-length, BAD VIBES OST, is a full-noise, zero-fluff slab of punked-up nihilism. Recorded and mixed in April 2024 under the ever-present shadow of Boner 4Ever by Dan Angel and produced by Ben Schurr, this 11-track dose of chaotic energy is the sound of a band that knows exactly what it’s doing — and doesn’t care if you like it or not.

If you’re near the DC area, make sure to check out their Oct 8th release show for Vol 7 of the Bad Vibes fanzine. Teen Cobra will also be playing in Buenos Aires on Sept 5!

• Sep 5th - Otra Historia Club Cultural - Teen Cobra, SHU, DPATH
• Oct 8th - Comet Ping Pong - El Colmo, Soroche and Sexfaces

Secret Planet and Rediscover Fire present El Colmo from Los Angeles on October 8 for one night only in Washington DC at Comet Ping Pong with two of DC’s finest: Soroche + Sex Faces! Also, a release party for BAD VIBES 07 fanzine! Doors 8:30 show at 9PM * ALL AGES! Ticket link in bio 👀

El Colmo is a raw, jangly, atmospheric underground Spanish-language punk rock and art-garage trio based in Los Angeles, California, featuring members with history in bands like Very Be Careful, Oozelles, Trap Girl, and Sex Stains.

SEXFACES is a raw, no-fluff punk band from Washington, DC, signed to Slovenly Recordings, featuring members Jacky Cougar, Sal Go, Hana Racecar, and Neil Cobra/FiFi Allin. Known for a frantic live sound blending garage punk and whatever they damn well please, they are frequently on the move, playing their hometown and often hitting the road to bring it all to all the good people.

Born in DC, based in Baltimore, SOROCHE incorporates traditional Colombian cumbia stylings along with poetic lyrics that echo punk architects like Joe Strummer and multi-instrumental melodies, proudly wearing their cultural roots on their sleeves. SOROCHE seeks to represent the immigrant experience by transmogrifying modern and traditional sounds into a danceable alchemy that crosses cultural borders and dancefloors.
New record on Electric Cowbell on 10/9/26 🪇 ⚡️

Sex Faces performing "Veronica Magan" while joined by Veronica Magan herself on maracas! As you can see in the video shot at Rhizome on Sunday, this collaboration was so powerful that Sal had no choice but to drag the mic stand to the floor, forcing a quick intervention by @weaselbabycow
