My Grandmother, Antoinette, known to all as Toni Fallon, passed away this morning. Just shy of her 98th birthday. She loved and lived life to the very fullest. She was the most generous woman. Providing a life of plenty to her three children, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She made sure her children and grandchildren all received an education and a car when they turned 16. Vocal lessons, piano lessons, sailing lessons, tennis lessons… the list goes on. She enriched all of our lives. She was the hostess with the mostest. Frequently entertaining her family, friends, neighbors, politicians, celebrities, athletes and musicians. Often on short notice and always with a smile. She documented everything. My favorite corner of the Cape house housed years of family memories- videos, photo books, scrapbooks. It also housed her radio and cd collection. my grandmother loved music of all kinds. She loved singing, she loved musicals and plays. She loved the Red Sox. She loved. Some of my most favorite memories were sleepovers and staying up late watching (and judging and critiquing) beauty pageants, taking her on tower of terror at Disney world when it first opened, every spring break at Golden Beach, attending plays at the Cape Playhouse- but must recently watching her light up holding my two boys. There are so many pictures I want to share that really capture her and I will soon. She was one of a kind. She was style and grace. She was ours. Rest easily. 💗
