Greetings, y’all! ❤️

It’s another Sunday Author Shoutout, and what better time to add a few more books to your TBR list? Because, well, you can never have too many books, right? 😉

And while we’re talking about books, let me sneak in a little something about my Kickstarter campaign!

I’m hoping to raise enough funds to turn my soon-to-be-released novel, A Most Suspicious Guest, a paranormal Regency romantic suspense filled with mystery, romance, and a few mischievous ghosts, into a professionally narrated audiobook! 👻📚

Calling all audiobook narrators! 🎙️ If you know someone who might enjoy narrating a paranormal historical romantic suspense, please tag them or share this post with them! Of course, that dream depends on my Kickstarter being successful, haha, but it never hurts to make a few connections in advance!

Oh, and one more thing: The eBook reward is available to international backers, not just readers in the US! 🌎

You can find my Kickstarter campaign through the link in my bio.

Now, go check out these fantastic books, show my fellow authors some serious love and support, and perhaps take a little peek at my Kickstarter while you’re at it!

And speaking of exciting book news, S. F. Baumgartner has a new release coming in just TWO days! 🎉😉

Happy Sunday, fellow book lovers! ❤️

Greetings, fellow book lovers! 📚❤️

Some of you might wonder what these author shoutouts have to do with my account and my books. Well, technically, nothing! Haha!

But I'm a firm believer in supporting fellow authors, even when that support isn't returned. That's why I collaborate with other writers and occasionally surprise authors with shoutouts, even if they write genres I don't personally read.

Take @morales_e_j , for example. He writes horror, which isn't my cup of tea, but some of you might love it! Then there's @anawatersbooks , who has become a friend and whose books I've read all of (I'm reading the latest one now!).

Would I love more readers and reviews for my own books? Heck ya! 😂 Am I sometimes a teensy bit jealous of authors with hundreds of reviews? Absolutely! Haha!

But we're all in the same boat, trying to get our stories noticed. And since word about our books doesn't spread itself, why not show a little love to my fellow authors?

Speaking of getting books noticed, my very first Kickstarter is LIVE! 🎉

A Most Suspicious Guest brings you Regency romance, mystery, dangerous secrets, and four medieval ghosts who simply refuse to mind their own business! 👻❤️

The campaign runs through November 3, and I'd love your support! Even sharing the campaign helps. Link in bio!

After all, there's room on the bookshelf for all of us! ❤️📚

Stay tuned! You won't want to miss this one! 😉

To all the wonderful authors featured today, thank you for sharing your creativity, imagination, and hard work with the world. It's a pleasure to give your books a little extra spotlight!

A candy cane shipment. A decades-old photograph. A Christmas secret someone will do anything to keep buried.
Retired attorney and bookshop owner Mae Cassidy Reeves expects Pine Grove’s Christmas Market to bring author signings, gift wrapping, and the usual small-town bustle. Instead, a tampered candy cane delivery leaves her with an envelope addressed to her, an old photograph, and a mysterious brass key.
With former intelligence officer Cyrus Jagers and his watchful German shepherd at her side, Mae follows the clues to a beloved charity and some of Pine Grove’s most respected citizens. Their carefully worded answers point back to a Christmas Eve hit-and-run—and records someone has gone to considerable trouble to hide.

Then security footage reveals a woman who bears an unsettling resemblance to Mae’s sister-in-law, missing and presumed dead for twenty-five years.
As witnesses retreat behind polite denials and evidence goes missing, Mae must discover who is still protecting the old crime. But in a town where she knows almost everyone, recognizing a familiar face is no guarantee she knows whom to trust.
The Candy Cane Secret begins the Pine Grove Christmas Mysteries, a clean mystery series featuring small-town warmth, family secrets, gentle wit, and suspense under the Christmas lights.

Yep, that was my reaction too when I watched Beauty and the Beast for the first time and the Prince turned around at the end. 😂😂😂 Biggest disappointment in Disney Prince history, haha.

But you should check out the featured books. Maybe you’ll discover your next book boyfriend, or the story will grip you so hard that you can’t stop reading until you’ve finished the book. There’s also some nonfiction featured here, plus another release coming up later this month. Yay! 🎉

🍂 Hello, October! And hello to another round of Caught Reading Author Shoutouts! 📚✨

A new month calls for a new stack of books—and today’s featured authors are bringing quite the mix! Romance, suspense, secrets, second chances, danger, magick, unexpected discoveries, and even a little trouble of my own making. 😉

One of the things I love most about putting these shoutouts together is finding one moment, feeling, or idea from each book and turning it into an image. Sometimes I know exactly what I want to create. Sometimes the blurb gives me the idea. And sometimes I’ve featured a book so many times that I’m sitting here thinking, Okay...what haven’t we done yet? 😂

And yes, one of my own books is always part of the fun too. Arden and Father Daniels apparently decided a three-legged race was the perfect opportunity to make her already complicated feelings even more inconvenient. 🤭

Take a look through today’s featured books and tell me:
📖 Which one catches your attention first?

And as always, please show these authors some love! A comment, follow, share, review, or new reader can mean more to an author than you might realize. ❤️

Happy October, and happy reading! 🍁📚
