Mental Health Awareness or emotional health I s one of life challenges we don’t address enough. This day and age, its hard to balance your thoughts and control your emotions when the stakes are high.
.
Although not always depicted on camera, I go through things that put me in a slump. I rarely show my anger but I feel it inside and I close people out to protect myself. I’m an introvert housed in an extroverted lifestyle. It’s draining at times so that may explain why I’m able to turn off feelings with a switch.
.
The constant effort to control your emotions is not easy. You still will have good days and bad days…sometimes really bad days. That is your time to be resilient. Every little thing doesn’t have to affect you. If its beyond your control, the best thing you can do is control yourself.
.
When I feel all is lost, I sometimes reach out to people I’ve never known aside from a pic or video. They provide inspiration to be better, motivate me to do more or help me think outside of the box. In my case the furtherst people from me are sometimes the closest.
.
Rain, sleet, or snow, the sun is always out there shining under the darkness. Give it some time and the light will peak through.
.
There are a ton of people on this list but I could only fit 10. With that I would like to thank all everyone for keep me accountable. Follow them for consistent entertainment:) And I’ll come back for that weight.
