Full circle being ICY🥶

Genuinely so grateful and appreciative who I’ve met along the way who are now some of my closest friends since being apart a community where you see online is now being created in Perth (wish I could tag everyone).

If you asked me this time last year “where do you see yourself in a year?” would not have expected to be in this position for real! Not only continuing a family tradition but starting a winery was always a dream of mine since I was honestly 5 but people didn’t and still don’t believe me, well thank to @theinnercircleau for making dreams come true and now potentially networked with people to start another business to and again thanks to InnerCircle🗿🤝

Everyone sees me running every day and thinks I love running.
I hate running.
Most days I can’t even be bothered training.

But I run harder than anyone and push myself to crazy limits because I know everyone else or the guy I’m fighting isn’t doing the crazy runs or training that I do.

I know I’m always going to be fitter and stronger than the other guy

Big shout out to the everybody that came down to @dohertysgymperth to thrash legs on a Sunday at 7am!

We all know how brutal leg days can be so to get a big group together in a room with everybody on the same mission (to crawl out of the gym) was truly inspiring!

The vibes, support and juicy pumps (fueled by PUMP JUICE) sparked another fuse in my soul 🫡
