BottleRock Day 2: The day the 6th grader in me lost my mind over finally seeing @gavinrossdale and @bush live and up close!! I legit was CRYINGGGG when he sang Glycerine. Bush was the first CD I bought in the 6th grade and my best friend @miztmiller and I had the biggest crush on Gavin Rossdale. I was on cloud 9 the whole day!!!

The festival (for me) ended with a killer set from Zedd but I decided to be a little more present in the moment and didn’t take as many videos or pictures of me and my friends. For once I didn’t care about the posts or filters… I just took in this time to be with my friends and enjoy the music. It was effin BEAUTIFUL. I can’t wait for next year!!! 💋

Flashback to a few weeks ago on my sister trip with @sfmhunter to Toronto for our Tita Luning’s 100th Birthday!!! Had the best time ever and can’t wait for more sister trips!!

2016, what a year! Kicked off with the Super Bowl and my LA loves invading SF… to the FIRST time I worked at SPiN and got to plan EPIC parties… to my first time at New York Fashion Week with @tiffyypop (not realizing that 6 years later I would work with @leaanimal and @juliafleminghuman who was at the same show). When Dubsmash was the biggest craze before TikTok and Snapchat filters became a part of your personality. 😜

2016 seems like so long ago but at the same time feels like last year. Let’s see what 2026 is gonna bring!!!

Too many photos from the past few weeks for just one post. This has been the hardest few weeks of my life but i couldn’t have gotten through it without amazing friends and family. You know who you are and i love you!

A special thank you to my sister Michelle and my brother-in-law, Mark. We are the Three Musketeers 2.0. Words can’t even express how much you both mean to me. Thank you for making my first birthday without mom extra special and for including me in the Hunter Family dinners. ❤️

I miss my mom every second of every day. But I hope she is at peace knowing that I’m surrounded by love ❤️ Thank you for every call, text, message, prayer, like, good vibes, etc… every little bit of support helps me get by one day at a time. Here’s to 2026 🥂

The outpouring of love after our mom’s passing has been overwhelming in the best way. Every message, prayer, and kind gesture has reminded us that we’re not alone in our grief. Your compassion and support have helped carry my sister and me through this difficult time, and we are deeply thankful for each of you. We love you and miss you so much so much, Mama Magboo. “Sleep tight, don’t let the bed bugs bite.” ❤️

15/10 for the newest restaurant to open in Mission Bay. To say that the food, ambiance and service is exceptional is an understatement.

We visited over a week after they first opened and it felt like they’ve been opened for years. We were greeted with a friendly smile and welcome (which is one of the things we notice when we dine in a restaurant for the first time). There was a little wait time, but the hostess seated us at the bar and kept on checking in, apologizing that our table was taking more time (very appreciated!). We both had the Via Aurella Martini which was both visually pleasing and a nice start to our meal.

Once seated, we were given complementary crisps and bread service. The butter (shaped like a fleur de lis) deserved its own photo (very unique and tasty!). Our meal then consisted of:
Tartara di Tonno
Sformato di Funghi (DIVINE and a must try!)
Tortellini di Formaggio
Pappardelle con Sugo di Cinghiale

All of our dishes were presented beautifully and full of flavor reminiscent of elevated Italian cuisine. We ended our meal with the best presentation of an affogato (and we’ve had many) which was flavorful and delicious.

We tend to dine at new restaurants right when they open and in most cases, there are some things that can be improved BUT Via Aurella was flawless; Michelin star flawless. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience; we will be back (many times)!
