ONE LOSS. EVERYTHING IS STILL ON THE TABLE. 🏈

Eighteen Western Pennsylvania teams enter the next stretch of the season with only one loss:

Farrell, Hopewell, Washington, Pine-Richland, Apollo-Ridge, Avonworth, Fort Cherry, Waynesburg Central, Belle Vernon, Highlands, Neshannock, Freeport, South Fayette, Blackhawk, Riverside, Jeannette, North Hills and Thomas Jefferson.

Farrell leads this group with a +232 point differential. Hopewell sits at +205, while Pine-Richland and Apollo-Ridge have scored 317 and 331 points.

But raw numbers never tell the entire story.

Washington’s opponents have a combined 61.2% winning percentage. Thomas Jefferson’s opponents are at 61.0%, followed by Farrell at 59.5%, Fort Cherry at 59.2% and South Fayette at 57.1%.

Some teams have dominated lighter schedules. Others have already walked through fire. Now the margin for error is gone.

Which one-loss team is the most dangerous heading toward the postseason? Who has the best chance to turn its only defeat into the lesson that fuels a championship run?

Drop your answer below. 👇🏾

Aayden Wright gave credit where it’s due. 🗣️

Week to week, South Fayette OC Alex Dennison keeps that offense moving forward, making adjustments, keeping the standard high, and making sure they don’t get stuck living off the last game.
