One of the best to photograph! The Metier D’art of both really shows! To me, objectively, my favourite release of 2026 for @ulyssenardin . It combines both the audacious flying carousel caliber where the movement tells time, whilst the hour disc in Metier D’art moves with time. It’s exactly like the ancestral techniques of Enameling and Guilloche that journeys through centuries, preserving its artistry in the modern day, in the most brazen way. A true work of art and mechanics. My personal favourite is the diamond cut guilloche. The multi-facets rotating along with time, causing havoc with light rays. At some angles, you can even get a glimpse of iridescent. Truly amazing. Come see it with me at @bangkokwatchweek if you’re around :)

Sometimes a brand doesn’t need to reinvent itself… it simply needs to remember what made it special in the first place. Today, @de_bethune unveiled the DB25 Digitale and I genuinely think this is one of the most beautiful interpretations of the Digitale concept yet. A jumping hour at 12. Minutes at 6. The iconic spherical moon floating in the middle. And surrounding it all, a dial that feels alive; waves of hand-crafted guilloché meeting a starry titanium sky sprinkled with tiny gold stars. What I love most is that De Bethune didn’t make it louder. They made it more elegant. The DB25 case brings a completely different personality to the Digitale. Softer. More refined. Yet still unmistakably De Bethune from across the room. Some watches impress you with complications. Others impress you with finishing. The rare ones make you stop scrolling. This is one of them. Would I wear it on the #WrongWrist? Without thinking twice.
