This is what a true partnership looks like 🤝

When Fila approached us, they were preparing for something big. Not just a new campaign, but a full reinvention of how the brand shows up in North America, with a clear goal -> become truly consumer-centered again. So we started in the field. Across 7 cities, with 100+ conversations spanning athletes, creators, and people shaping the future of sport in their own unique ways. What followed was a nearly 2-year collaboration, building the rebrand from the inside out. We went deep. Shaping strategy, testing concept directions through real conversations, and reestablishing credibility in core sports from running to tennis. At the heart of it all was a new approach to their leadership. Bringing teams together across different functions and locations, aligning around a shared vision, and choosing to show up differently. Because a rebrand isn’t just a strategy, it’s shared ownership and a shared belief in building something better together.

Dear NCAA, I don’t think there is any professional opportunity that I could be more grateful for than my time representing over 134,000 student athletes with the Division II National Student Athlete Advisory Committee. Blessed beyond measure for the platform we were able to help create in order to advocate for the voices that often go unheard. NCAA, SAAC, NSIC, it was an honor… time to pass off the torch 🫴🏽 @d2saac

Dear DII National SAAC, You guys are changing my life for the better. I might be young but Lord willing that just means I have a lot more time to remember what you’ve done for me. P.S. I know a lot less about line dancing than I thought🥴
