My honest thoughts about this round 👇

First of all, I'm commenting this as a visitor of another culture. When I dance hip hop or bachata, I'm not an owner of these cultures, but I visit the cultures and play with the elements that these styles offer.

In this round I'm intentionally mixing hip hop and bachata, which both carry deep roots of African dance. And because of that I find a lot of common things about them. Including the way they were born and how grounded dance styles they are.

Both of the styles have also a lot of beauty in them that I wanted to capture here, since this bachata songs reminds more of a pop song structure than bachata song structure.

Could my bachata foundation be better? Yessss.

Could I dance more bachata here? Helll yes.

This is how the improvisation turned out this time for this modern song of bachata. If you listen the song closely, you'll here elements that originally doesn't belong to bachata music. Just like my dance.

The understanding of these cultures and style continues. I'm not ready! 🙏

Special thanks to an amazing artist @shaadoox whose style inspired me in this round as well🙌
