Okay, Blurred Realities at MSU Museum… @msumuseum and I’m still processing it.

Thank you so much to Michael Gabriel @michael_gabriel96 for inviting me into this project. I’m sooo happy every time we work together, it feels just right.

I don’t think I can fully explain how much I love playing contemporary music in settings like this : instrumentation, searching for sound, meaning, connection haha. Not everything is immediately clear to the ears (or the soul), but that’s kind of the beauty of it.

And here’s the part that is INSANE!

Back in 2017, I was at Bang on a Can festival @bangonacan in Massachusetts, and I remember how honored I felt working with Brad Lubman. @bradlubman That experience stayed with me for years.

And now… somehow… the universe really did its thing - I found myself playing his music. CAN U BELIEVE IT?

I still can’t fully process how these moments connect across time. How something from years ago continues to echo into now. It’s kind of crazy. I have so many little stories from that time that still resonate with me today… but this one...

(Also, one of the videos is me fully enjoying some very high notes….)

This whole event was something else - museum space, incredible musicians, new connections, beautiful energy, and yes… amazing food. (chocolates on one of the slides)

Moments like this remind me why I do what I do.
To perform, to feel, and to share something REAL.

Music really does things u know.

4 days straight in the studio with @l3monbeats mixing his upcoming album Twitchles Tape. He came all the way from the States to make this happen with @shabmtl

Long hours locked in, pushing every detail to make this thing special … and a random cat that kept showing up outside the studio like it had something to say 🐈‍⬛

Grateful for the trust and the energy. This one’s different🔥

If you’re looking to bring your project to life with the same focus, I’ve got a couple spots open. Let’s work ⚡️⚡️
