Today, on International Yoga Day, I bow in reverence to the path that continues to transform my life from the inside out💫

A sacred lineage that lives in breath, in prayer, in the quiet trust of every step forward.

To the ancient lands of India, who welcomed me as their daughter, whispered their truths into my bones, and showed me what it means to live in devotion, I carry your teachings in everything I do.

To my teachers, who reflected the divine with every glance, and to my mother, thank you for showing me that the most powerful practice begins in the heart.

To the souls who trust me, who sit in my circles, who look into my eyes and remember their own light, it is an honor to share even a drop of this ocean with you.

May yoga continue to guide us home.
