I just got the chance to spend the better part of the weekend with @shade_zero_band :) tagged along to the video shoot for their upcoming single Denizen to grab some BTS content (I’ll share some more soon 👀) and then went out to the Arboretum to see them play.

I knowwww I talk about these guys a lot but it’s not for nothing! They blow me away at every show and they have so much love for their music + the crowd + each other. I truly think anyone could be a fan of Shade Zero if you gave them a listen and ESPECIALLY if you come out to see them.

(Impromptu) Killing In The Name RATM cover //

They were just goofing around with the riffs of this song and all locked in time to deliver a killer cover. It was so cool seeing the gears in their heads turning in the same direction and click at the same time

Waste Of Time, Shade Zero unreleased original //

Considered not posting clips from this show to spare you all from Wyatt dressed as Fred Durst, but he made it up to me by letting me put guyliner on him. I’m so excited for Waste Of Time to come out, it’s my favorite song of theirs for sure 🫶

Heaven Knows, Shade Zero //

Luke’s harmonies make my brain go brrr

Bulls On Parade, RATM cover //

I’m wondering when they’re gonna start a Rage cover band?

Molly Lips, Vaselines cover (in the style of Nirvana) //

Luke got his chance to be the main guy!!! Appreciate your drummers guys

Sober, TOOL cover //

I know their cover of this song has gained them a few fans so I’ll just keep posting it until they take over the world

Denizen, Shade Zero unreleased original //

This is their next song coming out, and it’s how they close their sets. I was shocked it took till the end of the set for Brad’s hat to go flying off, but man it was worth it. Also dude, what a perfect costume for this guy. He was born to freak some birds out tbh

FINALLY GOT TO MEET JENNI FROM THE ARB!! I have admired her since the start of this account and meeting her felt so special and really showed the universe can bring the right pe

Shade Zero, Heaven Knows • Diesel Lounge 10/9

Mags???? posting The Capstone Volunteers and Shade Zero???? Who could have seen this coming??

Had a great time watching my favorite conglomerate of guys last night take the Diesel stage along with Savetta. They always deliver exceptional performances, but they’ve said when they play on the same bill their energy is amplified, and I can absolutely attest to that. There’s a set of twins between the bands, but the sense of brotherhood is palpable between all 8 of them, and their energy in each other’s crowds brings so much joy and hype to their shows 🫶

I can truthfully say I had my socks completely blown off while diving into their insane discography. And if you too would like to experience this wonderful phenomenon, take a quick trip to your favorite music platform, and hit shuffle. You will not regret getting to know these totally sick guys!

If you have the chance to see them live, DO IT!! Come out to the Diesel Lounge tomorrow to watch them kick ass with our other favorites, The Capstone Volunteers, and Savetta!!
