From one lake to another, then onwards for a visit by the ocean and then arriving back in Costa Rica.

Ometepe island in Nicaragua and Lake Atitlán in Guatemala.
Beautiful connections, new friends, Breathwork training with amazing women, lots of inspiration through music and massive inner transformation and releasing. These lakes are magical!

A quick visit to my second family in Los Brasiles, Nicaragua, where I used to volunteer. So great to see you again 🥰 and meet the wonderful people that are staying there now.

Finally arriving back in the peace and stillness at the Finca in Costa Rica. Just a few days more and then my journey continues back to Sweden.

It's incredible how things align. These new connections and friends for life. I'm truly grateful for this journey, for the travels and for the lessons.

Love you all so so much!!

🌋 Ometepe - Dec ‘23

♾️ It’s fitting, my posts out of order, going back in time to Ometepe; a volcanic island shaped like infinity. Such a magical and transformational place. I originally intended to be there 3 nights but stayed ~17.

🧘‍♂️ While staying at a permaculture farm & hostel, I experienced contentment, community, and an openness to new methods of personal understanding, acceptance and growth. I learned a lot about myself and my path. Some of which I wasn’t ready for, some of which I’m still not.

🫂 I miss my Ometepe friends even though I don’t have any photos of most of them. While on island, I found myself living more in the moment, leaving my camera tucked away. The ceremonies I participated in, good morning hugs, jam sessions, and heart-felt conversations will last as memories, etched on my heart and in my mind
