5 months since this heartfelt farewell, and all I can say is that I love you all. Still in amazement at the humans who showed up for me in my time of need and flux with flowers and food and music to tell me the thing that I needed to hear the most...... that all the hours and tears and sleepless nights meant as much to you as they did to me. And to my steadfast friends who not only tolerated my schedule but welcomed me always with open arms and support. I am still truly touched by your effort and care 💖 Thank you for loving me

Who’s ready for these at the gym?

Repost from @chase_movement
•
A few kettlebell exercises to change up your regular KB routine.
✅Figure 8’s ♾
✅Uppercut juggle (more advanced) 🤹🏾‍♀️
✅Bottoms Up Turkish getup ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

Turn these exercises into a flow by doing several reps of the F8’s and UJ, and finishing the set with the TGU.

Do several sets/rounds for best results. •
It takes time to learn new things so be consistent and.....

60 second time under tension for back squat today.
#quadburner 🔥

Improves:
✔️Adaptation to lactic acid build up.
✔️Stability strength and control of body mechanics.
✔️Strength of the muscle tendon relationship through full range of motion.

How it’s done:
1- Lower the weight in a controlled manner for 20 seconds.
2- Raise the weight in a controlled manner for 20 seconds
3- Lower the weight in a controlled manner for 20 seconds.

Some people have better range of motion and therefore will get deeper than others. Over time these clients will get deeper in their squat due to the mobility drills we do every workout.

What’s the harder 20:20:20 we’ve done so far everyone??
