the best memories ❤️

Thank you SP East track for making the last 4 years of my high school track career so memorable. Not an easy goodbye, but I’m so grateful for all my coaches and teammates. I am going to miss this team, it really shaped the person I am today.

Getting ready for a busy summer at KidStrong Sun Prairie! With camps starting in just ONE WEEK (get registered if you haven't! 💲sale ends today!!!) and so many events throughout the summer, our team of coaches gathered for our quarterly training to be sure that when the temperature goes up, our coaching skills are just as HOT!

🔥 Refresh on safety procedures, new check in/check out processes (👋 parents, you're going to LOVE the updates! ) and celebrating some big milestones for our team including some new certifications and our 🥇FIRST LEVEL THREE COACH @andromeda.elle !!! We're fortunate to have such a great group working so hard to be the best coaches they can be!! 💪

(Some need a little work on their serious faces though 😂)

Day 646✅

Pause

Enjoying life’s small moments in the present. Tonight as we got ready for our evening flow, Chad invited the kids to do yoga with us. These girls jumped right in!

Life is an accumulation of moments. In this moment we paused, took in our surroundings, felt the love and listened to the laughter of friends and family. These shared experiences build our memories in real time and strengthen our relationships. This was just another Monday night, but with intention and openness we created something special….I mean the crab legs we had for dinner (not pictured) maybe helped some too. This is just a beautiful example of making the ordinary extraordinary. @chadelert I love doing life with you! Next up maybe we can get the boys out there.
