Training days with the crew! 🙌🏼

Self-development and team development are skills worth investing in. Building a team that shares the drive to be the best means constantly learning, challenging ourselves and raising the standard.

Because there’s always more to learn, more room to grow and another level to reach. 💪🏼

One Year. Same Weight. Completely Different Woman.

One year apart. Exactly the same weight. And yet, the changes are undeniable.

A year of building muscle, changing my shape, getting stronger, improving my physique and completely changing the way I look and feel — all while the number on the scales stayed exactly the same.

The scales might say the same thing a year later, but the woman standing on them is completely different.

This past year has included a hysterectomy, navigating PPD, endometriosis, PCOS, working full-time, raising twin boys and keeping up with my very sassy 7-year-old. There were SO many moments I wanted to quit. Moments I felt exhausted, overwhelmed and completely broken.

But I stayed consistent.

I kept showing up when I didn’t feel like it.
I pushed through when I wanted to give up.
I trained when life was hard.
And I kept choosing myself, even when I didn’t feel like I had anything left to give.

This transformation isn’t just physical. It’s proof that the scales don’t tell the whole story.

And I genuinely couldn’t have done it without my coach, Jess Bennic. She’s so much more than my coach — she’s someone I consider a friend, mentor and teacher. She’s pushed me, challenged me, believed in me and helped me become stronger both inside and outside the gym.

And to all the Primal Performance coaches and community— thank you for the constant support, encouragement and belief. You’ve all played a part in this journey and I’m so bloody grateful. 🖤

Same weight.
Different body.
Different mindset.
Different woman.

And we’re nowhere near finished yet. 🥹🔥

First time on the pendulum squat ➡️ shit range of motion, using ALL the counterweights because I had absolutely no strength 😅

Fast forward 6 months… 👀

We’re adding weight, getting deeper, and hitting the stopper 💪🏻🔥

Proof that strength, technique and consistency really do add up.

Same machine. Same me. Completely different squat.

6 months of putting in the work with Jess Bennic @ Primal Performance — and we’re only getting started. 🥵💪🏻

“How do you find the time to go to the gym?”

Honestly? I don’t find the time.
I make the time.

Between work, 3 kids, twins, school runs, mum life, cooking, cleaning and everything in between… there will always be a reason not to go.

I stopped waiting for life to slow down and started making myself a priority.

And having the right coach makes such a difference. 🤍
Jess @ Primal Performance keeps me accountable, pushes me when I need it and gives me a plan that actually fits around my life.

Some days I’m motivated. Some days I’m exhausted.
But I show up.

Because this isn’t just about changing my body — it’s about becoming the strongest version of myself.

If you’re a busy mum thinking you don’t have time… you don’t need more time. You need to make yourself part of the plan. 🖤

Me: sits down for 10 seconds.

Also me: Buzz Lightyear in the Pizza Planet ute, just waiting for someone to hit the next set. 🚀🍕
