Feeling incredibly lucky to have had yet another music filled semester!

To start with the Wind Ensemble, we have an extremely busy (but gratifying) semester! With our first concert being works by Reed, Tchaikovsky, and Gkoudina, it was a blast! Then of course, our program we performed at VMEA featuring works by Husa, Shostakovich, Mackey, Llinás, and Bigler!
The VMEA concert was a performance I will never forget, and feel amazingly lucky to have been a part of.

Next, of course, is the VT Philharmonic! We performed Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite, Schubert’s Piano Concerto “Wanderer Fantasy”, and Verdi’s “La Forza del Destino” in our first cycle, and James and I had a blast! Next was THE Frankenstein concert, where we performed the Michael Shapiro underscore to the 1931 movie. Lastly was the Holiday Concert, which was filled with wonderful wintery vibes!

Lastly was the VT Trumpet Studio Recital where Dr. Crafton, Professor Yang, and I performed the Herbert L. Clarke duet, Side Partners! We had a wonderful time performing this piece that also happened to be featured in my recital (post incoming!)

All of this to say:
