Another proud moment ✨

My big bro (and client) @six3 is appearing on #CW33 this morning at 8 a.m. to discuss his impact on Texas culture, collaboration with the @dallasmavs and @dallascowboys, transition into Pop & Country, how his music has impacted and influenced generations over the years, and performing his new single, “Uptown”.

This past Saturday, I woke up and started running errands with my three (almost four) year old for the day trying to stay busy because what most people didn’t know is that Saturday was my father-in-law’s birthday. His passing has been hard for all of us but especially hard for my son.

When we were pulling into the Target parking lot, Noah asks how can he get to heaven to see his Paw Paw, and if he misses him up there, which broke my whole heart and had me bailing my eyes out in the drive up.

It was really hard for me to keep pushing through the day but I still had a prior obligation to be on a panel at the @blackmediamixer. When I walked in the building, everyone was so welcoming and kind, and it really took my mind off everything, which gave me the strength to push through.

I’m truly honored to have been chosen to be apart of a panel with so many dope ass women.

Huge thank you to @iamjeniro for continuing to create safe spaces for black professionals and black media. Love you girl ♥️ #BMM23

I hope y’all take away from this that your day can transform in a matter of seconds. Even in moments that seem like you’re defeated. God always finds a way to shine light into darkness. I pray that everyone stays safe and has an amazing week.

Oh and shoutout to my sister in law @dreamsofreality who ate up these camera shots 📸

Love,
TB 💋

My brother, my friend, my mf dawg, my client, you don’t really understand how much I appreciate and value our friendship. You often tell folks they legends or legends in the making but we just trying to follow in your footsteps my boy. To accomplish what you’ve accomplished as an independent artist in your fifteen year career is something to truly be proud of. To be able to partner with two MAJOR sports teams as an independent artist, receiving the key to the city, and having your songs still stream in the millions is a true testament to your work ethic and dedication. You are such a humble spirit and you’re always trying to put your circle in positions to win. We probably don’t tell you enough but we appreciate you so much and we are so very proud of you. Enjoy your day and I pray this next season and chapter in your life is your best one yet.

Y’all help me in wishing @six3 a very happy birthday!

Did y’all know next year is the 15th Anniversary of ‘Ice Cream Paint Job’? 🍦🎨

Dorrough has been holding it down for the Dallas Hip Hop scene for almost fifteen years positioning and supporting local artists, future tastemakers and creating a Blueprint of what an independent artist can accomplish.

I was beyond honored to accept this award for Best Hip Hop Artist at the 2023 Best of Black Dallas Award Show, brought to you by @dallasweekly, on his behalf in a year where 50 years of hip hop is being celebrated.

To be able to give flowers to someone who has positioned not only me, but numerous people in the city to win, was something that has been long overdue.

Huge thank you to @j_jay_double_u, @glamour1doll and the entire @dallasweekly team for putting on this amazing event and their continued support of @six3 ✨
