We celebrated 15 years of Drybar Scottsdale Quarter a few weeks ago. It was big milestone for all and one I took time to reflect on. 15 years ago when I applied at Drybar I was 21 years old searching for my purpose and my place in the world, not really knowing who I was or where I was going. What I found was so much more than a job. It became a place that shaped me, challenged me, and helped me grow into someone I’m proud of. It gave me opportunities to do things I had never done, show me what I truly am capable of and pushed me in ways I didn’t know I needed. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing into a leader. That has been one of the greatest gifts of all. Being trusted to guide, support, and grow alongside others has changed me in the best ways. Leading people is something I will never take for granted. I’ve met so many incredible souls along the way and built some of the truest, most meaningful relationships of my life here. It’s wild to look back and see how much has changed, and even wilder to feel how much this place is so much a part of me. 15 years later, and I’m still growing 💛

Our cheeks still hurt from all the smiling 💛 Thank you so much to everyone who came out to celebrate 15 years with us at Scottsdale Quarter, our very first Drybar Scottsdale Quarter shop and where our story began! To was so special getting to celebrate with guests who were with us at our grand opening 15 years ago (peep slide 9). And a lot of love and thanks to our amazing vendors who helped bring the day to life in true Drybar yellow fashion. From the sweetest treats to the beautiful flowers, the celebration was so on brand. 🤩 To our guests, our team, and this community that has truly felt like family over the years — thank you for being part of this story. Cheers to 15 years of good hair, great memories, and the next 15 💛✨

Happy 15th birthday to our @scottsdalequarter shop ✨ Fifteen years ago, Amy and Eileen opened the doors to this shop together, never fully knowing the wild journey that was ahead. What started here has grown into seven shops, countless blowouts, and a community of staff and clients who truly feel like family. For 15 years, we’ve had the honor of helping people leave our chairs feeling more confident, more themselves, and off to conquer the day (in style)! To every guest who has celebrated life’s big moments with us, to every team member who has made this place what it is, and to this incredible community that has supported us along the way... thank you for an amazing 15 years. Scottsdale Quarteris officially turning 15 and we’re celebrating the only way we know how… with good hair and good vibes. ✨ Join us April 10 as we celebrate all day long... but prime time is 12–3 PM when the party really pops. From 12–3 PM: 🥤 Swig will be on-site 🍭 Custom cotton candy will be spinning 💐 We’ll have a build-your-own flower bouquet station 📸 And all the cute, good hair photo ops you could want The first 15 guests on April 10 will receive celebratory goodie bags featuring some of our favorite Scottsdale Quarter neighbors plus Drybar must-haves.
