I’m still trying to find the words for this weekend. 🥹💙

Three days of learning, laughing, dancing, sweating, crying, and some incredible humans. One of the best trainings I’ve ever attended.

But the most meaningful part? Watching Liv bring her vision to life.

IGNITE was born from her love for movement, people, and helping others feel strong and confident in their bodies. In less than a year, I’ve watched it become so much more than a workout. Accessible, intentional, challenging, and rooted in something we all need more of… COMMUNITY.

Watching Liv share her passion and create space for others to carry it forward was incredibly moving. Her brilliance, her heart, and the way she wants to see others thrive… I’m in awe.

And what a gift to learn from Nicki ☀️ Silverman! Our friendship spans over a decade, and having her back at Shakti was so special. Her knowledge of the human body is extraordinary (she knows her shit! 😉), but her gift is making sure others understand it, too. So many MIND BLOWING moments!

To the beautiful humans who shared these three days, WE DID IT! I’m so grateful for every one of you. 🥹

Our training group was called BUILT BY FIRE. Something Liv shared has stayed with me… the fire was never hers to give us. It was already inside each of us. IGNITE helps us fan that flame. 🔥

A line from our manual sums it up: “The IGNITE Method isn’t about creating harder workouts. It’s about creating stronger humans, which create stronger communities.”

Liv, that’s exactly what you’re doing. Getting to walk through life beside you and witness you doing what you were meant to do is one of my greatest gifts. I’m so incredibly proud of you. And although I’m VERY sore 😅, I feel more confident than anything else. Thank you for pushing through doubt and sharing your passion with us. I love you so many!

Every fire starts somewhere. 🔥🧡

This is just the beginning.
