| Artist Spotlight | Abdulahi Salam. @shaky_exposure

Abdul has lived in Boston for 10 years and he currently resides just outside the city. He has been taking photos for about 18 months now but has really honed in his craft within the last year.

“I take photos because it forces me to notice and to really live in the moment… I like photographing people in all aspects of life. I try to tell a complete story within a frame.”

Abdul’s camera of choice is a M6 where he primarily used black and white film stocks. The photos above are a mix of Tri-X and Pan 200.

Earlier this month, we hosted our monthly meetup at Boston Common, where local photographers, entrepreneurs, and like-minded individuals gathered for a creative photowalk. 📷

Despite a little rain, we managed to capture a double rainbow during our walk!

We’re grateful to everyone who RSVP’d and came out for the Photowalk. The turnout was great, and we had wonderful conversations with each other. 🫂

We’ll see you at our next meetup! Stay tuned for more details. You can join the instagram broadcast channel or turn on post notifications to receive updates.
