What. A. Year. ✨
This year with @_the.mvmnt has been nothing short of magical — and our hearts are so full.
.
We didn’t just move… we expanded, we showed up, we created space, and we built community in so many beautiful places. From rolling out mats at @petersstreetstation @hiddengallery333 @ninabaldwingallery for our weekly Wine Down Wednesdays, to flowing with nature at Plantlanta, to pouring into our teachers during Wellness Wednesday at Stephenson High School, to guiding movement on girls’ trips, camping trips, studio classes, and our “Reflect & Renew” workshops — every gathering meant something. Every space held purpose. Every class carried heart.
.
To our students, supporters (@aytayza @storiesallthewaydown y’all are the real MVPs), and community — thank you. You trusted us with your breath, your bodies, your energy, and your healing. You showed up consistently, you moved with intention, and you helped turn these classes into safe spaces of release, joy, grounding, and connection.
.
To our incredible guest teachers — thank you for sharing your gifts, your creativity, and your presence. Each of you helped shape the energy of this year in the most beautiful way. We appreciate you deeply. 🙏🏾
.
And to the artists, creatives, and hosts who welcomed us into your spaces — including the City of Ink family — thank you for allowing us to practice surrounded by culture, beauty, creativity, and community love. 🖤🎨
.
This year was full of movement, connection, grounding, culture, creativity, and pure heart… and we’re just getting started.
.
Here’s to another powerful year ahead — more classes, more workshops, more growth, more breath, more community, more love. 💫

Sagrada familia Basilica, Barcelona. It was 95 degrees, 11,000 steps later, and I was wiped. But, the Youngins, Graciously slowed down for me 🙏🏽. Well worth it. Kindness is a Virtue.

Truth is, there’s a little @darshen in all of us 😂 @theselfcareretreat couldn’t happen without every facilitator, attendee, and host! Ultimately, the goal is an AMAZING experience!

Day 3 of The Self Care Retreat of Joy took us to the sacred mountains of Montserrat — and it was nothing short of magical. We took the train up through the clouds, explored the ancient monastery, stood in awe before the Black Madonna, and ended the day sipping wine at a local vineyard surrounded by beauty and sisterhood.

This is why our retreats are so special — they aren’t just vacations. They’re soul-expanding journeys where women reconnect with themselves, explore new lands, and build bonds that last long after the trip ends.

If you missed this one, don’t worry — our Elements of Nature Jungle Retreat in the Dominican Republic is calling. Come be transformed by the rhythm of nature, deep connection, and the magic that happens when women gather. 🌿✨ Comment RETREAT for more info!

Revisiting this short clip reminds me why storytelling matters—capturing people, emotion, and the voices that need to be heard. Some stories don’t fade with time; they grow in meaning. Check it out and let me know what it sparks for you!
