I paint mostly in watercolor. Watercolor is a lot like life: you can draw everything exactly how you want it and place the color exactly where you want it to be, but the moment you add water, the colors decide where they want to go. Pieces can get extremely ugly at that point, and it’s your choice to put it away, throw it out, or make it beautiful. I always try to make things beautiful, even when the painting is terrifying.

This is Adrian’s second time exhibiting at the A.B.F.M. Magazine® Online Halloween Group Exhibition. 💐💐🏆Adrian is an A.B.F.M. Magazine® Art Studio Prize Recipient (2026), and she is featured in our artist directory on the website.

We did it again! This time, for #Spookyseason, we covered the immortal classic film, 1994's The Crow! A cornerstone of #goth culture, the movie is unique and stylish, and provides a dramatic cross-section of 90's counter-culture and music. It's also an awesome, dark revenge #movie, and if you haven't seen it, watch it before you listen to or watch our #podcast ! Happy #Halloween, #spooky kids!

Ghost photo shoot 2025
A year ago, I got back photos from a pretty amazing shoot that I met very lovely human beings from, and who have become significant in my life. I wanted to post photos I didn’t share last year as a way of celebrating this spooky month 👻

Mr. Poe is always relevant, especially during Spooktober! This time I've got three shorts you may not have read -- King Pest, Hop-Frog, and Ligeia! Gruesome satire, the dark victory of revenge, and the death and resurrection of a beautiful, queenly woman are just the ticket for this rainy night.

Ave Satanas!
