I graduated my Yoga Teacher Training 🤍

What started in October as a simple “yes” to something new turned into a journey that changed me in ways I didn’t expect.

This experience asked me to slow down, be present, and grow through the uncomfortable moments—and I’m so grateful I stuck with it.

Thank you to my teachers, my Yomies (yoga homies), and everyone who came to my classes and supported me along the way.
Ending this chapter with a full heart and so much appreciation for everything it gave me 🤍
