This past week Brother Shameer Garrett, Spring 25, had the honor of joining the 2026 Undergraduate Leadership Institute Mu Klass and represent the Zeta Delta Chapter. This experience was held in Charlotte, NC and had the top 96 brothers from undergraduate institutions across all 12 provinces. During the week he got to fellowship with other brothers from around the country, grow his leadership skills and gain knowledge valuable to going forward in his career journey.

“This experience was truly transformational both mentally and professionally. I look forward to using the valuable lessons learned and implementing them into not just the chapter cut myself as well. Another thing that will always be with me are the bonds formed over this week, for that i am forever grateful. Shoutout the Mu klass, Yo!“.

This Past Week I, Brother Coréon Johnson had the distinguished honor of being named a Kappa Fellow after attending the Undergraduate Leadership Institute of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, inc.

As a member of the Mu Klass I was one of 96 Brothers from across 12 Provinces, 86 Chapters to be selected out of nearly 1,000 applicants. Within this selection ,I had the rare honor of representing Two Chapters Lambda Delta and the Georgia Gwinnett College where I am a Charter Member and first brother selected for ULI in GGC history.

During my Undergraduate Leadership Institute experience. I had the opportunity to be interviewed and speak during a panel about being high ranking leaders our respective Campuses. Being a leader is not about just being in an high position but how to uplift others around them.

Through the week we focused on the importance of being excellent leaders as we had breakout sessions on improving our Personal brands , Mental Health Awareness and Care, Organization Management, and Making our Chapters the best they can be.

During Q&A sessions we spoke with multiple figures from Fortune 500 executives to Self Made Millionaires some whom happened be our Brothers. Being able to connect with them was imperative and they were all open to continue communication with us even after the week concluded.

Day in and day out I was in rooms with peers who held accolades well beyond their years. I couldn’t help but think to myself how much of a privilege this has been and soon realized Brothers saw me the same way I saw them .Brothers with “Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor “.

ULI gave us access to areas we may never have thought we could be in until now. It opened our eyes to see we have network of brothers not just in our chapter but all over the world willing to see us succeed and it will be our duties to pave the way for those behind us to follow.

To ORAK11E : Great Group of guys who had insight on topics that have given me a different perspective going back home. LLO

To Mu Klass the best Klass: This has been a very eye opening and Humbling experience and I’m honored to have experienced it with you all.

And with that I say YO👌🏾♦️
