Spartans Crush Green Knights 37-14

Aurora University moved to 6-3 behind three TJ Ramsey (4) TDs and a staunch defensive effort led by Senior Ty Hopp (10). AU set the tone for the day by blocking a St. Norbert College FG attempt on the first drive. AU would then go onto score 21 unanswered points giving them the lead going into the 4th Quarter. A StNC TD pass and a couple of turnovers (INT/Fumble) would give the StNC offense a chance to close the lead. However, the AU defense stayed solid not allowing the StNC offense to get anything going. A great AU punt downed at the 1 would leave the StNC 99 yards to go for the endzone. Instead they found themselves giving up a safety on the very next play ending their hopes for a comeback.

Aurora will head on the road where they will play their final regular season game at Concordia University-Chicago on Nov. 15. For more information on this game please visit athletics.aurora.edu.
