Two festivals and a wedding. It’s all love, baby.

To all my friends and my Patty Melt, thank you for riding this mystery space shuttle through life with me.

Find joy, keep joy, spread joy. 🥹

Guiding Principle 4: Play
Joy is sacred, laughter is medicine, and movement is expression. Delight is part of the path.

So much of our lives are spent somewhere else, that’s why presence is our second guiding principle.

Presence is the practice of coming back.
To your breath.
To your body.
To what’s actually here.
Let yourself land, you are here on purpose.

In Lak’Ech is guided by four principles. We begin with connection ~ connection to self, to each other, and to the land. This is what turns a retreat into true community… and it’s only the beginning✨

Tulum X Day Zero 2026 ✨

Forever grateful for the people who make life so special and the places we get to experience together. Even though my trip was cut short, these moments mean everything to me. Till next time @kaabaluum ❤️

I want to share some humans that I love and feel incredibly grateful to know.
As I get older, clarity around friendships keeps deepening…
Quality > Quantity

I love that these people truly know me and my heart🤍
I feel bad that I’ve been more absent this past year. Being consumed by grief isn’t an easy thing to navigate & then the added layer of adulting. Everyone has their own work schedules/interests/hobbies & some live out of state🥺 I wish it was easier to see all my favorite people more frequently.

🫶Btw to the people that I also love dearly that are not pictured, please know it’s nothing personal we just simply need to take more photos/memories❤️
