For over 40 years, Lürzer’s Archive has been curating the very best commercially applied creativity in the world. Understandably, that makes it extraordinarily difficult to have your work make the cut.

As you might expect, this quarter some of the biggest names in tech and fashion are celebrated. Apple, OpenAI, Ōura, Beats by Dre, On, Tinder, Paramount Pictures, Chanel, Burberry, Prada, Spotify, HBO, Gucci, Samsung, DoorDash, Netflix, and Anthropic, to name a few.

And also, alongside the AI companies and tech giants, is a small, analog client in maybe the lowest-tech sector of all. They take care of trees.

So we want to thank the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden for allowing us to make work that now sits alongside the very best in the world in Lürzer’s Archive Issue #234. @luerzersarchive @mia.reissig @shanesational #luerzersarchive #dallasarboretumandbotanicalgarden @marshbd

Two years running. 🏆

“You Are Here” just won an Award of Excellence in @communicationarts magazine’s 2026 Advertising Competition. 1 of 2 winners in Consumer Magazine Ads, out of 980 entries.

The idea: let @thedallasarboretum ‘s oldest resident do the talking. A tree that’s stood for centuries becomes the narrator. The headline pulls double duty - a cue for finding your way, and a reminder of the timeline you’re standing in.

Say less. Let history say the rest.

Grateful to @marshbd and the Dallas Arboretum for trusting us with a story this old.

Made with love by @shanesational (writer), Lee Walters (art director), @miabgeminiani (strategist).

We’ve entered a new era here at Balerfornia.
Experience private dining curated by Chef Tim Alegre. With his talent and creativity in sourcing local ingredients, this offering captures the essence of Aurora.

Surf and food has always been the soul of why we gather here. Having the option of an elevated dining experience in a space like Palm Villa, is something you won’t find anywhere in Baler.

DM us for more details.

A love❤️ letter to Cemento, Puntian BALER

For the discerning traveler who asks why it’s worth visiting. It’s the beauty. The feeling of privacy.
And the calm you walk away with.

Gordy and his Tito Shane 🐾

When the Huttons of @balerfornia are in town, he basically moves in—morning walks suddenly have a destination, and I already know I won’t see him again until evening. 😁

They’ve got dog-friendly villas and huts too, so if you ever stay at @balerfornia, don’t be surprised if Gordy shows up like he owns the place 😅

Couldn’t feel more accurate that the Year of the Horse doesn’t actually begin until February 17.

The storms haven’t passed and sometime we have to learn to dance in the rain.
