@5000.lab has mastered the art of making classic tailoring feel new!

Taylor Thompson brought his signature mix of traditional tailoring, workwear and streetwear to LFW, playing with elongated proportions, dramatic outerwear, some seriously cool silhouette…and we are sooo in love with it!! 😍😍

A month ago, I left London with an idea in my head. Today, I can genuinely say I brought it to life.

This piece was created from a place of appreciation, respect, and admiration for the Black community and for the countless artists of African descent who continue to shape culture in ways that inspire me deeply. As a white, Spanish director, I don’t claim to speak for the community — I simply wanted to share through my lens, a small part of the creativity, energy, and stories I was lucky enough to experience.

During my time in London, I was surrounded by incredible people and young talents who I truly believe will change the future of art and culture. They trusted me with their presence, their uniqueness, and their lives, giving me the opportunity to create alongside them. For that, I’ll always be grateful.

This video is my way of saying thank you. Thank you for letting me be part of your story for a moment, and for allowing me to witness and capture a small piece of your roots, culture, and creativity.

Greatness. Is. Sacrifice.
Sacrifice. Is. Greatness.
