We all gotta do our part somehow! I announced yesterday that I’m offering donation based 1-on-1 virtual personal training sessions to any healthcare workers. I have teamed up with 7 other NYC, PHILLY and LA based trainers who are working with me to provide the same. 💪DM any of us for a session and we’ll be in touch. If you are a personal trainer interested in being a part of this team, tag yourself in the comments. Special thanks to all the nurses, doctors, first responders who are working SO HARD every day for all of us.
