📍 Bear Mountain Trail/ Kluke lookout
Highway 60, South Algonquin
• There is no parking 🅿️ It is the side of the highway, so please watch out for other cars speeding by. This was a lot more well known trail than I thought and it was quite busy. It is just on the other side of Barry’s Bay as you are leaving Madawaska Valley.
• The shortest path you can take is about 2 km, but you can walk around the lakes and add on a lot more if you’d like to. There are steep-ish parts, but kids can still manage. Just watch them near the edges! I’d say this is a moderate trail. Very worth it and beautiful!
• Thank you @shannysteele for letting me know about this trail! And then I easily found out more information on the @alltrails app!:)
Save this trail for later and send to a friend who you want to join you. Follow along for more hiking ideas!

Last minute adventures to Sager on that fine Sunday evening. We chased the sun and the wind blew us away but it was all right. 📸 @shannysteele

Just a girl standing beside her daughter hoping she’ll always look up because you see my darling….If you don’t, you’ll miss it.
