THE HEIRLOOM will be having its world premiere at International Film Festival Rotterdam 💛 this is my first feature, which I started writing six years ago and which has died, reconstituted, and mutated ceaselessly ever since. This project has been a mad bronco in my life, and I am forever indebted to the team of friends who helped whisper it down to the earth. I can’t wait to share the resulting film with friends and family - and to start with, an audience in Rotterdam.

Excited to share more about the film and the artists who helped bring it to life in coming weeks. With love and thanks!

Liv here! 👋🏼 Vanessa once told me “you can’t live a full life on an empty stomach” and that HIT me. 😮‍💨

For years, I struggled with restrictive eating and over-exercising which led to bloating, fatigue and horrible PMS.

But after working with Vanessa (I was a 1:1 client before becoming her business partner!) I’ve healed the hormonal imbalances that caused these symptoms. 🥳

At R&R, we love to give easy, tangible tips, but there’s one that I come back to multiple times a day, everyday: you have to properly nourish your body. That means 3 full meals, plus snacks, prioritizing protein, fibre, carbs and fat.

In a world that glamourizes extreme dieting and tells women that “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels,” eating enough food, feeling full and energized, is an act of empowerment.

It also creates a life full of balance and joy. For me that means travelling to Italy and eating a full bowl of pasta, feeling inspired once I get home and making more!!going out with friends even if it means skipping a workout, going to the beach on my period without fear of cramps or bleeding through & having the energy to enjoy strength training.

What would you do if you had no PMS symptoms? 🩸
