We read an indie pub book for @literaryluggagecollective bookclub! Honestly I am super thankful that @amalaiswriting reached out because I don’t know if I ever would have stumbled upon this one.

Okay so the set up is there is a parallel universe with some doppelgängers (echoforms). Our FMC lives in one universe and is sent into her echoform’s body in another universe in order to complete this mission to save her world essentially.

This book was a combination of sci-fi and fantasy with a ton of political intrigue, epic fight scenes, a found family that you would di3 for, and forbidden tension and romance! She is chunky but I couldn’t put it down. Plus the ending left my mouth on floor. Luckily, book two is already out.

The Bone of Another can be found on Amazon, KU or you can buy the paperback directly from the author.

Shoutout an indie author who deserves more hype!

An evening stroll around magical Culross is just what the soul needed. It’s no wonder this beautiful village has been used as an Outlander filming location.

"Every step feels like walking back in time—there’s a movie set around every corner."

New month, new season, fresh focus. I can’t wait to share with you all the exciting projects we have lined up for autumn, everything builds to our very own @holeynheritage.photography foREST retreat @meikleourarms in the heart of Perthshire.
.
The count down is on, it’s officially the “BER” months and I’m so excited.
