Welcome to Megan Mondays! On this day I do a few things for me & I'll be sharing a few things with you that I'm Loving!
.
Song of week: Motorcycle Drive By Zach Byran
.
1. Bedazzling- I made Ruby and I matching Vikings jerseys for the game 2 weekends ago and now you're asking to buy them! Sure, I'll make you one! For size, I wear the youth small- it's more fitted and cropped!
.
2. OK we just can't stop with the sheets over here. Photos, Dancing Reels and the front display of Shape It Up! Grab yourself a linen and get snapping.
.
3. The dark lob- you guys really seem to like it, I'm adjusting. It's fun to try something NEW!
.
4. My Stash Gal Pals recommended a Lemon Drop Martini at @schramvineyards and OMG I can't stop thinking about it!
.
5. Sweating with our youth is so fun! I've been working out with @thewaconialakettes and this past weekend @waconiawrestlingclub and it's so fun to see our youth in action!
.
Thanks for being here ❤️ Megan

At Shape It Up Fitness & Athleisure, we’re more than a fitness studio. We’re a family!

This year, our Shape It Up community is proudly standing beside two incredible members, Melanie Hagen and Brittany Krusenstjerna, as they navigate their breast cancer journeys. Both women continue to find ways to stay active during treatment, moving when their bodies allow and taking things one day at a time. Their strength and determination inspire us all. 💪💕

We believe fitness looks different for everyone, every day. Sometimes it’s a full workout, sometimes it’s simply showing up, and sometimes it’s giving yourself permission to rest. Whatever the day brings, we’re here to encourage one another every step of the way.

We were also honored to support the Hope Chest Foundation at the Fall Market & Fashion Show at Schram Winery on October 7. Our Athleisure Boutique participated in this special event, and we were especially proud to dress the Krusenstjerna family for the fashion show. 💗

Supporting our community is at the heart of everything we do. From fundraisers and community events to encouragement and everyday acts of kindness, we believe in lifting each other up.

Because when one of us is fighting, we fight together. 💞

📍 Visit us at 44 W. Main Street in downtown Waconia for group fitness and athleisure shopping featuring brands like lululemon, UNRL, TravisMathew and Waggle.

✨ Try us FREE for a week!
