“PHILLY PRETZELS”
Premiered at the Philadelphia Film Festival last night and it’s an absolute hit! Thank you to my family for coming out and supporting!! It’s a hard industry to be a part of and it truly means so much to me when people come out to celebrate my achievements! A HUGE THANK YOU to @justinhcrowell and @slicktionary for casting me and bringing me on board. It’s projects like this that keep my passion for acting and filmmaking alive! Also, incredibly brilliant performances from @shappyshaps and @abigaildonaghy👏🏼 This whole cast and crew really brought it and it shines right through the screen!
Last but not least, THANK YOU to @phillyfilmfestival for having us! It was a beautiful block of short films!
I can’t wait for the world to see this!

Hello. I love my job. I also love The Bear. And Hunting Wives…

Scene Partners at @thirdspacest was everything. Adam Shapiro and Katie Lowes were wonderful, funny, warm, real. It felt less like an event and more like hanging out with friends you just met and already love.

The Jewish geography in that room was elite. I walked in knowing no one and walked out with six new cousins and a brunch invite.

Huge congrats to the whole Third Space team on a beautiful afternoon. This is community done right.

Do yourself a favor and get your butt to @thirdspacest. The programming is fantastic and the people are even better.

Fans of PERSEPOLIS will fall in love with TANGLES, a star-studded animated film featuring @abbijacobson, @whododatlikedat, @fayedunaway + so many more ❤️

Sarah is a young woman caught in the maelstrom of multiple life-altering transitions. When her mother is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Sarah leaves her exciting life in the queer mecca of ’90s San Francisco to return to her small, conservative hometown in Vermont. Forced to grow up quickly, she must now figure out how to juggle her caretaking role, oddball family, long-distance girlfriend, and suddenly rising career all at once.

Based on Sarah Leavitt’s novel of the same name, this @festivaldecannes film is an emotional rollercoaster through grief and growth—filled with drama and dark comedy in all the right places.

See the New York City Premiere of @tanglesfilm Saturday, October 24, at NewFest38 ❤️
