⚠️ APPRAISALS AREN’T HITTING LIKE THEY USED TO.

This market is different. What worked before won’t always work now, and if you’re not moving with strategy, you could leave thousands on the table.

Getting a second appraisal? That used to be almost unheard of. But now? It’s becoming a trend—because investors are having to fight for the value of their properties.

One of our One Door Ain’t Enough participants saw this firsthand. Her first appraisal didn’t land where she expected—because this isn’t the same market we were in a year ago. But instead of settling, she tapped into the right network and strategy. No major new work, no guessing—just smart, experienced guidance. And the result? A significantly higher appraisal.

👏🏾 We’re celebrating her today because this is what being a prepared investor looks like. Real estate isn’t just about making moves—it’s about making the right ones.

This is not the time to jump in without a plan. Appraisals, lending, valuations—everything is shifting. If you want to win in this market, you need more than ambition. You need strategy.

Doors aren’t enough. Build wealth the right way. Ready to move with intention? Drop DOORS in the comments.
