Today the boys from platoon 3 played for @westport_ufcf in the 1st annual @tommyfund pickleball tournament. It was a beautiful day and the tournament was a great time. Ryan I came in second place loosing in the championship round. The tournament was run well and we got to meet some amazing people. The Tommy Fund is an organization that raises money to support families of children who are undergoing cancer treatment. To hear some of the stories from the Tommy Fund crew, the nurses and family members utilizing the Tommy Fund put a lot of perspective on the day and why we were there. We look forward to next year.

Usually Christmas is a blur for us. We took time to slow down and just enjoy it. My grandma came and it was great to see her. The wife nailed Christmas and my birthday as she normally does, effortlessly. It’s amazing to see how she does it all. We got to hang out with our families and my work family. Enjoyed drinks with some of our friends for a impromptu birthday lunch. As Christmas night came upon us we sat back and just enjoyed some Christmas movies. Definitely one of my favorite chrisrmas’.

Jack trained for months, we got 30 people from NJ to Brooklyn to Manhattan —both athletes if you ask me! SO proud of my best friend for running 26.2🤍🏅

I am unbelievably grateful for the support and excitement I’ve gotten for my book deal 🧡🏝️

My sweet friends and family have filled the last few months with love and celebrations (including those I forgot to take pictures of—I love you all!!) and the outpouring of enthusiasm from the writing community yesterday brought me to tears. Thank you, thank you, thank you 💕

So grateful for this passion-filled life I’m living!!!

It was one crazy week last week. Some shots from a couple long awesome days. A great concert by @russelldickerson followed by some work and a little RIT training the next day. All to close out the weekend with a great day at @nascar race.
