POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

5 years ago, I walked into this guys showroom and may or may not have stretched the truth a little on my company resume. But he took a chance on me.

I’m blown away by the growth we’ve experienced in just 5 short years. From small bathroom renovations to whole house remodels and now working on some of the most incredible builds all across the state.

It’s not always fun and it’s definitely not easy. But wrapping up projects like this makes it all worth it.

We’ve built one hell of a team at @legacy_construction_llc and I couldn’t be prouder of the work we put out. There’s something special about being apart of projects where everyone involved is chasing the same thing. The absolute best, no exceptions.

A huge thank you to @justin.sharer and his entire team at @sharerdesigngroup for trusting us, believing in us, and continuing to give us the opportunities to do what we love.

Another big thank you to @themeganrose and her team at @meganroseinteriors for absolutely crushing the details and making our job that much easier.

To my wife @martina_walker1 thank you for putting up with my crazy schedule and occasionally bad attitude.

And a shoutout to @tylervarady my right AND left hand who keeps our crew moving, projects on track, and me in line more often than he probably should have to.

Couldn’t do this without all of you.
Heres to the next 5 years

Walloon Lake Country Club has been such a fun project for our designer @nadine.hogan.designer and the QM team.
Stage Two is officially wrapped, and it’s been a great experience working alongside the Country Club team and board throughout the process. Everyone has been so easy to work with, which always makes a project that much better.
This is definitely one of Nadine’s favorite designs to date, and we’re excited to see what a possible Stage Three could bring.

New fireplace for the fall and winter seasons loading…🔥

This demo project made way for a fun build as we framed out a grand fireplace - see Mason for scale 👀 This will be quite the gathering space this winter season; stay tuned for the final result 🔨 @sharerdesigngroup

A before + after that shows what happens when renovation and furnishings are designed as one complete story.

For this project, we started with spaces that weren’t fully working for the way our clients lived. Awkward areas in the kitchen became intentional moments, including an updated main dining area and a cozy coffee nook, while the great room and fireplace were reimagined with cleaner lines, stronger proportions and more architectural interest.

The furniture design was the final layer, sourced specifically to complement the renovation and carry the same elevated, warm and organic material story throughout the home.

Classic and timeless, with a refined modern edge.

Because a renovation can transform the space. The right furnishings make it feel complete.

Some rooms start with a color. This one started with the stone.

For the formal powder room at our Grand Lake Project, Cristallo Traslux quartzite became the focal point—and the inspiration for everything around it. Its warm, organic veining and incredible natural movement already make it special, but back-lit, the stone takes on an entirely different dimension.

Light filters through its more translucent, crystalline areas, illuminating the layers within the slab and creating a soft, almost glowing effect. The veining becomes richer, the movement more dramatic, and a material that is already beautiful becomes a piece of art.

A little drama, in exactly the right room.

An evening of beautiful spaces, inspired conversation, and wonderful company. ✨ We loved gathering for our recent Bespoke Lakeside Living event, a celebration of thoughtful design, elevated interiors, and the details that make a house feel like home.

From delicious bites by Nomi Kitchen to conversations about all things design, home décor, and lakeside living, it was such a special evening spent with friends, clients, and fellow design enthusiasts.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening one to remember. We’re already looking forward to the next!
