Recorded live on the Full Moon in Aries, the Harvest Moon, at Alex Grey’s COSM, Chapel of Sacred Mirrors, in Wappingers Falls, New York. An auspicious date for an Aries.

I shared the night with Liquid Bloom and Bluetech, two pioneers of this music. Alex and Allyson Grey opened the evening with a ritual, followed by a bonfire and a dance floor that became truly transformational. This set was also joined by Share the Light singing some live vocal's, a new collaborator vocalist on the track "Earth Walkers" .

The gathering met the energy of the Autumnal Equinox, the moment day and night stand in balance before autumn takes hold. A turning point between the outward expansion of summer and the inward reflection of the darker months.

Together we practiced something simple. Pause, take stock of what you have grown this year, and consciously release what no longer serves the season ahead. Aries fire gave us the courage to let go and step into what is next.

Thank you to Alex, Allyson, Liquid Bloom, Bluetech and everyone who danced, tended the fire and held the space.

Spirit Sweat is a unique workout experience because of the intentional body prayers woven throughout the class.

There are movements that write or re-write a story and carefully chosen songs to help enhance the experience and elevate the prayer.

This is one of my favorite Spirit Sweat songs and body prayers. The song is by @sharethelight333 and @lunarhalomusic and is called AY YA 😇

I wish I could pack this experience away with all the magic, my girls, our goddess camp,the altar, the feathers, the rain & the dust.

I am being asked to integrate this powerful directive.

@_unison_fest_ was one of those experiences that takes your breath away, expands your consciousness & awakens your soul to the fullest potential of your existence.

Hundreds of souls gathered on the sacred land to dance, sing, cry, pray, move energy, create, remember & offer our hearts to each other.

We came to heal, transform, remember & recollect all of our gifts that have always lived within us.

And somewhere between the music, the movement, the thunder & lightning, the tears, the laughter, the ceremony, the earth beneath our feet & thousands of bodies moving together…

something ancient was remembering itself through us.

We felt Mama Earth.
We felt one another.
We felt the grief carried through generations.
We felt the possibility of what happens when human beings gather with the intention to awaken, liberate, create & LOVE.

This is how I experience New Earth.

No longer waiting..

Something we are creating & EMANATING now.

Together.

Every time we choose truth over fear.
Every time we move what has been trapped inside the body.
Every time we remember our gifts.
Every time we allow our own signature soul essence to come fully alive.
Every time we lift another human instead of diminishing them.

We become part of the Path of Remembrance.

I am deeply honoured to offer TEMPLE BODY DEVOTION at Unison ~ to share my open channel, my practices & my living prayer. To stand for what I know is part of my purpose here. I am truly inspired by & so grateful for the support of my sister & mentor @sofiahthom & my sisters of Temple Body Arts:

To stand for humanity.
To stand for remembrance.
To stand for the awakening of the human soul.

Now comes the integration.

Because transformation is not only what happens inside the ceremony, on the dance floor, in the Yoga Shala or beneath the stars.

It is what we do with what was awakened when we return home.

What do we embody now?
What do we create?
What do we choose differently?
What are we finally ready to remember?

Grateful for all the medicine this festival brings into my life, the people I get too meet each year and feeling fully seen & supported in my expression, gifts, and talents!

From offering ceremonial massages at @floasis_bodywork , to dancing to all the different times of music at night & during the day. To even spontaneously performing at a clown burlesque show in front of a bunch of strangers & friends.

Thank you Unison for reminding me who I am and what I love, just by simply being ME! 🩵✨🫶🏽

Thank you too all the new friends I’ve made and too all the friends I’ve gotten to deepen with. See you next year 😘

I’m just getting back from @_unison_fest_ and wow was that the medicine 🌀

I got to join my friend @sharethelight333 on stage for the first time in like a year since she’s moved to the east coast! It was so much fun to share my percussion over her set, and honestly it’s so cool to see the homies grow. It’s crazy to see how far we’ve all come 🥲

I’ve been in the middle of a huge life transformation and this festival really helped me to put it all in perspective and gain some much needed clarity and strength. I’ll probably put that in another post with, but dear god am I just so grateful to be arriving at this place of surrender and trust.

Imma just keep putting in work and controlling the way I perceive and react to life. The rest is all in God’s hands and I surrender to it 🪽
