The Love in You Is Me.

The lover we long for….

The people we feel called to share this life with…

The community we’ve been searching for….

The souls who just GET us…..

The people we want to love, support, create with, grow with,

and remind each other what’s possible.

What if they’re closer than we think?

What if the love we’re waiting for isn’t somewhere far away, waiting for us to become better, more healed, more successful, or more worthy?

What if it’s already here?

In this very dimension.

In this very moment.

And what if the thing standing between us and experiencing it isn’t that we’re missing something….

But that we’re so BUSY looking for it,

protecting ourselves from disappointment,

or preparing for the possibility of being hurt that we can’t quite let ourselves…

FEEL it?

Because every time I choose to stay open instead of shutting down…

Every time I let someone see the real me…
Every time I reach out instead of waiting to be found…
Every time I let myself receive love instead of always being the one giving it…

I create a little more space for life to surprise me.

For connection to happen.

For the right people to find their way into my world.

For me to find my way into theirs.

And for me to “FEEL FORWARD”,

even when we don’t know exactly
what’s coming…..

Because the love in you is me.

And the love in me is you.

Not in some faraway, woo woo spiritual dimension where everything is perfect.

But HERE.

In the messy, beautiful, uncertain reality of being human.

So let’s stop waiting for life to become perfect before we let ourselves be loved.

Let’s reach out.
Let’s say yes!
Let’s follow the little sparks of connection.

Let’s allow ourselves to be surprised by the people who show up.

The love is closer than we think.

And you deserve it.

Life is a mystery.

The only things I know for sure
are that everything is always changing,
and that one day I will die,
which is also a mystery when...

Other than that,
everything is a question and
a surprise😋

And here I have a huge choice:
Where do I choose to invest my attention?

Some things make me contract in pain just by thinking about them.
Some things confuse me deeply.
And some things expand me, put a buzz in my heart, calm me, bring me joy, and feel like: yes, this!

I want my journey to be about getting to know myself, curiously noticing what confuses me, what contracts me, and what pulls me away from myself,
so I can lovingly turn my attention away and invest it in what feels like a yes!

Here is what I know does me deep good,
what expands and grounds me.

Returning to presence.
To my body.
To my breath.
To this moment.

Breathing deeply.
Feeling the wind, the water, the sun on my skin.
Feeling that I'm alive.

Giving thanks.
For what exists in my life,
for what doesn't exist yet,
for what existed and is gone,
and for what I chose to let go of.

Being in nature.
Listening to the birds.
Gazing at the sky, the trees, the sea.

Being in connection.
In deep bonds.
In soul conversations.
In that moment when two people I love meet and connect.

Treating life like a game where every moment helps me grow🎮

Expressing myself, my creativity, my joy.

Speaking my truth.
Giving compliments.
Expressing love.

Practicing yoga.
Moving.
Dancing.
Laughing.

Playing. Playing. Playing and playing a little more.

Writing.
Drawing.
Playing music.
Singing.

Stepping into characters, stories, imagination.
Letting creativity flow through me.

Being in the presence of animals.
Feeling the simplicity of a bond that needs no words.

In short: love, truth, connection, presence.

That's where I turn my attention.

the more I train my awareness muscle, the more freedom I have to do so, and my life fills with more and more of the same things,

especially with people who share the same journey and the same love🫂

Grateful for this journey and for the people I share it with.

Thank you to my new community SouLand, for sweet moments that will stay with me all my lif

Choose to be Moved…..

Over the last 4 and a half months,

I have actively and lovingly chosen to give and serve my love to the @honeydewcommunity and to the people,
hearts and
souls who have been pulled towards that same dreamlike location.

And while my essence currently beats FULL of lessons,
teachings and reflections from this experience,

the one I wish to highlight through the smiles, connection and emotion of these images is this:

The beauty in the DEEPNESS of your emotional devotion to what you offer yourself to.

When you consciously open your heart to having a relationship with a place and its people,

…..you are broken open in all the ways.

The full spectrum of emotionality is offered to you.

And you are given the invitation to dive in as deep, or as shallow, as you desire.

What I can say is that, based on that sensitive and vulnerbale choice, what comes back is,
in my opinion,

EXACTLY why we are all here in the first place.

You are given joy, pleasure, delight, ecstasy, fantasy, intimacy.

And

all the way to the other end...

Sadness. Anger. Jealousy. Sorrow. Longing. Ache. Confusion.

ALL of it is part of the show.

And all of it comes as a teacher from the beyond, walking you home and back to the love that is you.

There is an EXTRA-ORDINARY force that awakens around choosing to be available to life in this way.

To let a place become more than a place.
To let its people become more than people you meet.
To allow the relationships you form to touch the places within you that may have been waiting, perhaps for a very long time, to be touched.

Today I sit in gratitude for this European and Honeydew summer. For its unique flavour of all of this.

For the nature. The elements. The Friday nights. The laughter. The tears. The unexpected moments of awe.

The moments that asked more of me than I thought I had to give.

And most of all, for the many divine & messy people whose eyes, hearts and souls I have been able to touch, and who have touched mine.

Thank you for the reflections.

For the love.

For the invitation to feel it ALL.

Another beautiful season of Singing Circles& cacao ceremonies in Koh Phangan 🌅✨

Every week, gathering as a tribe on the beach in front of the sunset… opening our hearts through cacao, prayer, music, dance, connection, and presence.
Singing together, breathing together, remembering what truly matters. 🤍

There is a beautiful saying from indigenous wisdom:
“For humanity to truly heal and be happy, we need to sing and dance together every day as a tribe.”

Thank you to everyone who came, shared your voice, your heart, your tears, your joy, your medicine.

My dear 3rd Grandfather Papi Jackie has passes at age 89. He was @anaellesb grandfather, and was like a father to her. He modeled healthy masculinity for all of us. He embodied presence and kindness of the heart, along with being a powerful provider while doing what he loved. An eye doctor.

Which is interesting, because one of his strongest traits were kind eyes. He always saw others with compassion and care, and at the same time helped others to see.

I remember two years ago while here in thailand, i got a really bad eye infection, I could barely open my eyes, and whatever the doctors here gave me didn’t work. I called him, he gave me clear instructions that no AI could provide, and within 2 days the infection was gone.

I will especially miss the time we spent together a few months ago living at your place in Jerusalem. Since all of my grandparents passed away a few years ago, this was extra special for me. To feel that welcome, loving embrace after so long.

Thank you for what you are for me and Anaelle.

**It was my 4th grandparent’s funeral on Zoom. The world had been so surreal the last few years, but i guess thank you technology for still allowing us to be there.
