I found these rows of crab apple trees in Chanhassen, Minnesota, not too far from Minneapolis.🌸 Sharon looks absolutely gorgeous! You don’t always need a massive park if you looking for quick pictures. We went out for a morning senior photo session (best time to beat the heat and avoid the crowds!) Which one is your favorite? 1-7👇 The behind the scenes shows the location, just some trees near a parking lot. Perfect spot for graduation or prom pics. Class of 2026 and Class of 2027.

Welcome to Vol. 1 of The Imperfected Beauty of Sisterhood.

This event is multi-layered. It reflects my artistry, my deep need for community, and all the love I still have to share with the world. Going through this process has healed me, transformed me, and stretched me in ways I never imagined.

This idea was born from so many unmet needs—moments where I felt unseen, unheard, and undervalued in spaces I stepped into. From being in rooms where my voice didn’t feel acknowledged, to witnessing the misinformation surrounding what it means to be a Black girl and the lack of knowledge about our crowns.

Now, at 22, I reflect on those experiences and realize what I needed then is what a younger girl may need now.

And this first event reflected exactly that.

From girls as young as 13 to women of all ages, this space allowed us to be seen, heard, and felt. That alone fills my heart with so much joy.💕

Cheers to Vol. 1.
Cheers to healing.
Cheers to self-acceptance.
And most of all—cheers to everything that’s still to come.
