Sometimes, it’s not your product that needs improvement… it’s the way you’re presenting it.

One thing I’ve learnt running a food business is that packaging yourself is part of packaging your business.

Look at the difference between the videos I usually take with my phone and the videos my manager took with his phone. Same food . Same presentation . Same Sharon Kitchen.
But the quality of the content can completely change how people perceive what they’re seeing.

And this is why I always tell business owners: invest in the things that help you present your business properly.

It doesn’t have to be the most expensive gadget. Start with what you can afford — a good phone, tripod, ring light, microphone, proper packaging, good lighting… whatever your business needs to look more professional.

Because we eat with our eyes.

Imagine having the most delicious food, but your pictures and videos make it look ordinary. Someone who has never tasted your food may judge the quality from what they see.

Your product can be premium, but if the presentation looks cheap, people may perceive the business that way too.

So yes, package yourself. Invest in your business. Upgrade your tools as you grow.

Sometimes, that little investment is the difference between “this looks good” and “I NEED to order this.”
