POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Every time we open up IG we filled with such joy seeing how you’re interpreting and celebrating our THIS IS AGEING campaign, and making it your own.

Every post matters, and brings something different to the conversation. From photos across the years to joyful moments and completely unique perspectives, you’re showing just how many ways there are to experience, understand and embrace something we all share.

Ageing connects us all. It’s normal, universal and lifelong.

But whilst ageing is universal, no two experiences of ageing are the same. And that’s what makes it so beautiful.

So, here’s another selection of your THIS IS AGEING posts, and we’d love to see even more of you get involved! Whether you’ve been following along from the start or are only just discovering the campaign, it’s never too late to join. And everyone is invited and welcome - whatever your age and lifesage.

Together, let’s keep flooding social media with narratives that reframe ageing, challenge assumptions and encourage others to think and feel differently about getting older.

HOW TO TAKE PART AND BE FEATURED

MAKE IT YOUR OWN: Create a Reel, carousel, Story or post showing what THIS IS AGEING means to you. Include the phrase “This Is Ageing”, either on screen or spoken aloud. It could be you today, photos across the years, an everyday moment or something completely different. There’s no rulebook and no right or wrong way to take part. We want to see it through your eyes!

SHARE IT: Use #ThisIsAgeing and tag @ageismisneverinstyle so we can find your post and share your contribution.

ADD OUR STICKER: Search “Ageism Is Never In Style” or “thisisageing” in GIFs to find our official THIS IS AGEING sticker, featuring the word “ageing” in different languages.

PASS IT ON: Tag five people and invite them to take part, too. The more voices and perspectives we bring into the conversation, the better!

Remember: if you’re alive, you’re ageing. So, what does THIS IS AGEING mean to you? We can’t wait to see your version.
