POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Happiest of birthday to my friend Sharon Wick! Who knew, when we met almost 10 years ago - both overweight and struggling- that someday we would be partners in helping the church and the world get healthy!??? That’s who God is and what He does with our stories. He makes our ashes into beauty!!

Celebrating you today!!

I tell my friends how OPTAVIA changed my life. And it did.

I learned how to lose weight without feeling hungry, eating six times a day, and I took the scenic route to losing 65 pounds. At about 35 lbs into my journey, I decided to become a coach and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Helping others find their health has been such a gift.

But if I am being honest, the greatest gift wasn’t just the weight I lost or the people I have been blessed to coach. It has been the people I have met along the way.

Over the last 5 1/2 years, this community has become so much more than mentors and fellow coaches. They have become true friends. The kind who show up. The kind who love you through life’s celebrations and through its hardest seasons.

As my children and I learn to navigate life after losing Adam, your kindness, prayers, messages, thoughtful gifts and love have reminded me that we are not walking this alone.

So thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!!

Nicole, Lenee, Molly, Samantha, Kait, Carmen, Andrea, Catherine, Dana, Nikki, Michelle, Lu Anne, Linsay, Amanda, Rena, Janet, Sharon, Tracy and Liz, you have touched my life in ways you will never fully know.

I love y’all bunches, and I cannot wait to see every one of you and give you the biggest hugs in person! 💜💜💜

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT! I was so scared to fail one more time. I’m pretty sure @sharonwick_the_only called me terrified after ordering her kit too! But here’s what she would say to anyone scared to start:
Pic on the left = The day I started my health journey
Pic on the right = Today

This is what I want to tell that girl on the left:
- You don’t have to worry that you’ll fail… By January you’ll be 60+lbs down!!!!
- You’ll fit into clothes… booths & plane seats comfortably (and without that stupid, humiliation of an extender)
- You won’t be crying secretly in fitting rooms and before every single event!!
- You’ll finally learn what ‘living healthy’ means…
- You’ll learn the truth about the destructive nature of diet culture…
- You’ll be soooo free and satisfied that you’ll have more time to focus on what you love
- You’ll help others do the same!!!
Neither of these pics are the best - I realize that 😀 but what they represent is priceless…

Don’t be afraid to start. Be afraid of staying exactly the way you are. You CAN do this 🫶

Here’s something I learned 50 pounds into my weight loss journey! When I am really hungry, my stomach tells me. But when I just think I’m hungry - it’s usually not hunger at all! Growing up, we were taught to eat when we were tired. Later, that turned into chocolate, coffee, or “ just a little snack.” NOW I PAUSE! I ask my body, not my habits! And this awareness has been life—changing!! 💥Save this for later 💥Share with someone who needs freedom from food noise!!

Celebrating the birthday of my beautiful friend Sharon Wick! Today she hit her birthday milestone of 30 pounds down in two months 😳💃🏽

If you’ve been feeling stuck, tired, or like your poor habits are holding you back, I hope her story gives you hope. She’s the real deal!

Check out her story:⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

“I’ve been overweight since childhood.
I’ve tried diet after diet with no lasting change. And after turning 50, it felt like nothing worked for me anymore.

In fact, there are so many mixed messages out there, I often felt confused about what foods were actually right for my body. My husband lost 13 pounds in 10 days on carnivore. I didn’t lose an ounce. I just felt bloated and discouraged.🫤

Sugar cravings (especially for chocolate + peanut butter) ruled me. I had zero energy, no desire to move my body, and honestly couldn’t remember the last time I felt good in my skin.

Then I saw my coach Linsay’s transformation.
She wasn’t just smaller, she was lit up.
She looked alive, confident, and so real about her process. Something about her story made me think… maybe this could actually work for me too.

And friends, after just 2 months on plan:
✨ I’ve lost 30 lbs
✨ I’m sleeping 7-8 hours a night (3-5 has been my norm!)
✨ I wake up energized and full of life
✨ No sugar cravings (and yes, I get dessert every night!)

But here’s what’s even more important:
I’m already learning new mindsets and habits that I believe will carry me well beyond the scale. I call it my Great Exchange- trading old patterns for a life of freedom, joy, and health!

Celebrating you today, Sharon! 🎉🥳🎊🎁

“Dopamine doesn’t come from food, it comes from change” 😳🎤😰🤯

What a joy to have my friend/client turned coach Sharon Cogill Wick share on our team call to more than 400 coaches today!

Sharon came to me just over a month ago feeling stuck and ready for change in more than just her health.

She knew something had to shift… in her energy, in her habits, and in how she was showing up for herself and others.

Fast forward a few weeks…and she’s down 20 pounds 💃🏽💃🏽But that’s just the beginning.

What’s unfolding is so much deeper than weight loss.

The mindset shifts she’s experiencing in her health are now overflowing into every other area of her life.

It’s like the light switch flipped on…and she’s seeing clearly what she’s truly capable of.

This journey has become full circle in the most empowering way. 😭😭

Listen to her reflect on it in these short clips. You’re gonna feel it!

It’s 🔥 to witness. Listen in. You’ll be inspired!
